On the morning of January 30, accompanied by a long whistle blast, a batch of rail-sea intermodal containers loaded with auto parts, suitcases, adhesive tape lighting fixtures and other goods departed from Nanchang International Land Port. The shipment will be transported by railway to Beilun Port in Ningbo, transferred to maritime shipping and exit the country from the Meishan Port area of Ningbo before ultimately arriving at Le Havre, France. This marks the first batch of rail-sea multimodal export goods from Jiangxi province under the newly launched pilot program for the customs multimodal export model and represents an important breakthrough in opening a new rail-sea multimodal corridor from Jiangxi to Europe.
